EAVA Flying Training Organisation. The instructors running the course have got the respective trainer's competences recognised by Estonian CAA
Volume
Forty-five astronomic hours, 25 hours of theoretical instruction and 20 hours of flying training in FNPT II/MCC incl. The course shall have to be passed within 6 calendar months as a minimum

The course is aimed at professional and private pilots intending to commence flying multi-crew aeroplanes

Goal
The aim of the course is to provide the participants with the necessary knowledge and skills in cooperation needed for flying multi-crew aeroplanes, and advance their technical and non-technical knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for acting as a crew member
Topics
The course comprises both the theoretical and practical elements including the development of:
  • Skills in communication, management and team work;
  • Situational awareness;
  • Skills in spreading the workload;
  • Problem solving and decision making;
  • Cross check, making use of checklists;
  • Conducting briefings;
  • Operation of aeroplane systems in routine flights and in emergency situations.

    The participants having passed the course successfully shall be awarded the respective certificate by the EAVA Flying Training Organisation
