Target group
| The course is aimed at the pilots flying both the single- and multi-crew aeroplanes, at managers of different levels engaged in flight planning and assembling of crews, and at other interested parties

Goal
| The aim of the course is to introduce the methods meeting the standards of EU regulations for enhancing aviation safety that shall be achieved by fully applying the resources and information available at present and made use of to gain safety and effectiveness of flight operations

Topics
| Pursuant to the standards prescribed by the EC Regulation 965/2012 AMC1 ORO.FC.115&215:
- Mechanism of human errors, their prevention and identification;
- Operator’s safety culture and standard procedures;
- Stress and stress management, fatigue and alertness;
- Information reception and processing, situational awareness, spreading of workload;
- Decision-making;
- Communication;
- Managerial skills and synergy of the crew;
- Automatic equipment and the philosophy of its use;
- Type-based specifics of an aircraft;
- Case studies.
