"The Effects of COVID-19 Pandemic on the Performance of Airport Renovation Projects: the Case of Pulkovo Airport"
Mr. Rincon is a Lecturer and PhD in Economics candidate at the Department of Finance in the Saint Petersburg School of Economics and Management at HSE University. Carlos has been teaching finance and economics for more than ten years and his research interests are: Financial Markets, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Welfare Economics, Econometrics. Carlos holds a MSc in Finance, HSE University with a Thesis titled: Cost Benefit Analysis of the Russian Airport System Renewal Projects, a MSc in Economics, Universidad de los Andes with a Thesis titled: Cost-Benefit Analysis of the Deepening of the Airport Sector in Colombia; and a BA in Economics, Universidad Externado de Colombia.
