Commercial Aviation Management programme admission guide: 

Step 1 | Submitting your online application and documents

The following documents must be submitted electronically via DreamApply by the application deadline:

  1. online application; 
  2. a copy of an identity document (passport or ID card);
  3. a document certifying secondary education and a transcript of results (please see country-specific requirements);
  4. document certifying English language proficiency of at least B2 level;
  5. confirmation/receipt of application fee (€50), the invoice will be sent to you after you have submitted your application. 


Documents in any other language than English and Estonian must be submitted upon request along with an Estonian or English translation, which must be certified by the issuer of the document, a sworn translator or a notary.

Step 2 | Evaluation of documents and entrance examinations

Until April 28, 2024, your application and supplementary documents will be evaluated. If additional clarification is required regarding the submitted documents, an admissions specialist will contact you.

You will receive the entrance examinations proceeding instructions only after all the necessary documents are submitted and application fee is received by the Academy.

Subjects to be covered in the entrance interview:

  • Explain what interests you about the CAM programme;

  • Knowledge about Estonia as a (future) place of study;

  • Knowledge about Tartu relating to the Applicant’s hobbies and interests (options for leisure activities you find interesting);

  • Describe your career prospects and aspirations;

  • Questions to test your analytical and problem-solving skills.

Duration of the interview is 20-30 minutes.

Up to 100 points. Threshold value is 60 points.

From April 28
until May 9, 2025 


Step 3 | Admission decision announcement and accepting the offer

The evaluation of applications will be made based on the electronic copies added to DreamApply. A general ranking list will be formed based on the entrance examinations’ results. Results and admission decisions will be announced to all applicants personally via DreamApply by 12th of May at the latest.

Admitted candidates are expected to accept or decline the offer in DreamApply within 3 days. If the decision is not communicated to EAVA via DreamApply by the stipulated deadline, EAVA reserves the right to withdraw the admission offer. It is not possible to postpone/defer the beginning of studies to the next academic year.

Step 4 I Study contracts and payment of tuition fee

After you have accepted the admission offer, the study contract is formalized and sent to you to sign. The first semester's tuition fee invoice (€1,890 €) with the payment instructions is sent to you. 

Step 5 | The admitted Applicants are matriculated

Congratulations! If you have signed the contract and paid the tuition fee, you are matriculated by the 22th of August 2025 at the latest.
