Jiří Volt is a PhD student at Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Transportation Sciences, Department of Air Transport. Mr. Volt works as an expert in the field of airport development and operations at Air Navigation Services of the Czech Republic, where he deals with strategic projects within the SESAR programme.
His interest is focused on the airport optimization and simulation problematics. Jiří Volt has an extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming, operations research, and linear programming. The optimization and creation of mathematical modelling is the subject of his doctoral studies. He is involved in lecturing professional courses, designing and managing scientific projects and supervising students' theses.
