Robert is a Senior Lecturer in Air Transport Management and the Course Director for the executive degrees in Air Transport Management at Cranfield University’s Centre for Air Transport Management. He is responsible for the airline economics, finance and strategy modules in the Centre for Air Transport Management.
Before joining Cranfield University, he worked at the University of Huddersfield and for Austrian Airlines.
Robert studied for a degree in European Economics and Business Management in Vienna. He then completed an MSc in Air Transport Management at Cranfield University. He holds a postgraduate teaching qualification from the University of Huddersfield, and a PhD from Loughborough University.
Robert is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (FCILT), a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society (FRAeS), and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA).
