Estonian Aviation Academy welcomes to our team an
AVIATION MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTOR,
who has a learner-centered approach to teaching
The purpose of the position is to support teaching, research and development activities related to aviation management.
The duties of a instructor are:
teaching and development of aviation management subjects both in academic studies and lifelong learning programmes, including in an e-learning environment;
consultation of students' theses;
participation in research and development activities in the field related to the position, including participation in a project group and participation in curriculum development;
development work of aviation process simulations;
cooperation with partners and academic organisations in the field, and popularisation of the field.
Requirements for applying:
Higher education (preferably in the field of aviation management, economics, or logistics);
at least 3 years professional work experience in the field (or aviation-related competence);
completed pedagogical training or willingness to undergo pedagogical training in the amount of 20 ECTS within 2 academic years;
proficiency in English of at least B2 level, including knowledge of professional terminology in English;
excellent digital competencies (experience creating simulations and/or basic programming skills is an advantage);
good written and oral self-expression skills.

Workload: 1.0 (40 hours per week)
Employment contract type: permanent
Salary: starting from 1.700 euros (gross) per month.
