Specific Operations Risk Assessment (SORA) is a risk assessment methodology that is used directly or indirectly to apply for and process all operating permits in the Specific Category. The training is 3 days long, where all SORA steps are covered in sequence. The theoretical topic blocks are segmented by practical exercises, where participants can work through each SORA step based on their group's scenario, present it to others and receive feedback from the instructor. By the end of the training, the participant will have compiled their own SORA risk assessment in parts and will have an understanding of what additional documents and additional activities they still need to obtain an operational authorisation, depending on the scenario. The theory is built on the logic of SORA 2.5, but the specifics of SORA 2.0 are also discussed. We also provide graduates with the forms of documents required to apply for an operational authorisation in the specific category (operations manual, SORA compliance tables, test reports, etc.). We strongly recommend this course to institutions that want to start operating in the specific category, but do not feel comfortable with SORA or with other nuances of the specific category. Scheduled courses are done in Estonian, request for a quote to get this course in English.
