This is a 2-day training, where on the first day the theoretical foundations of crew cooperation are covered, and on the second day practical flight exercises are performed, where good crew cooperation plays an important role. After the exercises, the situations that arose and the participants' performances are discussed. This course is not mandatory for pilot training, but we still strongly recommend it. Remote pilots in the specific category should receive MCC (Multi-Crew cooperation) and CRM (crew resource management) training already during the theoretical initial training. However, since the lengths of the training are not regulated, in practice the MCC and CRM part of these trainings is so brief that practical skills cannot be acquired from it. This training is intended as a continuation and supplement to the initial training of specific category pilots and is suitable for both novice crew members and experienced professionals as a refresher training. Scheduled courses are done in Estonian, request for a quote to get this course in English.
